We can facilitate the conversation to work through a legal conflict with your spouse, ex-spouse, or another family member. We have experienced mediators such as attorney John D. Kershman with 16 plus years of experience with mediation and he is a member of the APFM - The Academy of Professional Family Mediators, the AMM = The Association of Missouri Mediators, and IACP - International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Additionally, attorney James P. Ahearn, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, adds his experience working with families and children.
Mediation can take many forms, but the underlying service we provide is to serve as a neutral attorney to facilitate communication between parties with the intent to reach a compromise. Typically, mediation sessions are scheduled in two-hour increments but can be scheduled for a longer period of time if needed.
